Event Manager

Reporting to: Account Director 

 

Honey+Buzz is a live events and experiential agency based in Dublin. We always create remarkable experiences for our clients and we are looking for an experienced Event Manager to organize brand events that include festivals, roadshows, sports sponsorship activity and sampling activity. 

You will work closely with our client services team to support the whole event process from concept, planning, event execution and post event reporting. This is a hands on role that requires someone with a creative touch but a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

·       Client liaise across all aspects of an event

·       Produce detailed proposals for events

·       Produce CPA’s and Event Management plans to include schedules, running orders, RAMS, Insurance certs

·       Source venues and liaise with management

·       Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics

·       Manage a team of staff and brief fully

·       Ensure insurance, legal, H&S policies are fully adhered to

·       Ensure highest standard of delivery of all events and activity, being present on site throughout the event, manage timings, schedules and client expectations

·       Produce post event reports

Qualifications:

·       A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in an event management role

·       Experience working within an agency

·       Full Irish drivers licence

Skills:

·       Strong organisational and attention to detail

·       A team player

·       Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure

·       Project management experience

·       Ability to tightly manage budgets
