Mid-weight Creative Designer

Honey+Buzz is an ideas-driven, brand experience agency creating and executing innovative multi-channel campaigns for the new age of audience connection. We are part of Allied Global Marketing (AGM) a global integrated marketing agency working with the world's largest entertainment, consumer and lifestyle brands.

The Role

As Creative Designer, you will work closely with the Creative Director and our creative team to deliver insightful and engaging campaigns across multiple media platforms. This is a hybrid creative role for a Swiss army knife of a designer, one who is part strategist, part art director, and part pragmatist. You will have involvement in projects from the beginning until the end; from crafting proposals and communicating a story to our clients - to producing, executing, and amplifying the final output.

Responsibilities

·       Work with the Creative Team to drive creative excellence throughout every project.

·       Create insightful and impactful campaigns across digital, virtual, and live.

·       Prioritize and manage multiple projects from brief through to completion, in a timely and efficient manner.

·       Evaluate and adapt designs based on feedback provided.

·       Work directly with the wider project teams to establish criteria (goals, outcomes, and timelines) for deliverables.

Requirements

·       3-5 years of relevant commercial experience

·       Proficiency in creative storytelling through impactful Powerpoint presentations is a must

·       Excellent skills in Adobe CC, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.

·       A strategic thinker who is capable of managing junior designers

·       Strong communication and time management skills are a must.

·       A multitasker comfortable with working on various jobs at once.

·       Comfortable ideating solo or co-creating with other creatives

·       A self-starter who is looking to grow and isn’t afraid of getting their hands dirty.

·       An active interest in design, events, and cultural trends.

·       Strong cultural fit is a must – you have to love what you do.

·       Content creation and editing skills are a plus

Location

Anywhere will work… our head office is in Dublin and we have an office in London but remote working is fine by us. We have the infrastructure to allow our team to collaborate no matter where they are. If it works for the team, it works for us. Note: There will however be the requirement for some in-person meetings from time to time.
